The Safer Happier system includes:
- Regular Conversation Starters that will arrive in your email box each month for easy distribution to your team (no preparation required – simply forward the email to your team).
- A welcome video for the ‘Safer Happier Champion’ in your team (self-nominated of course and the first one in your team to receive emails, videos, member log ins).
- Suggested ways of distributing and getting the conversation started in your organisation.
- A welcome video for ALL staff, introducing them to the Safer Happier system (helping the ‘Safer Happier Champion’ get people in the organisation of board – it’s too easy!).
- Monthly meaningful meeting videos/training resources, with the first 6 of these being our foundational series introducing and establishing the key principles of the Safer Happier system for the workplace. Our goal was to make this simple and easy to use and our clients report less than a 3-5 minute commitment per fortnight to put into place.
- The opportunity for leadership teams the chance to privately explore how they role model and support these strategies in the workplace. That is the key to the overall success of genuine and long lasting positive impacts.
- Access to all the videos and conversation starters will be made available in the SH resource library so as new starters join your team, they can participate in the 6 foundational training videos to get up to speed and most importantly understanding their role in creating a Safer Happier workplace.
