How does the Safer Happier program work?
The Yearly Subscription consists of 24 x Conversation Starter articles focused on equipping individuals and teams with the skills and mindsets required to grow a safer, happier approach to work and life. These are emailed to your Safer Happier Champions or Team Leaders for distribution to your wider team.
The Monthly Meaningful Meeting videos (7-12 minutes each) are designed to make team meetings more fun and meaningful, providing staff with structured, easy to follow professional development activities. Each session has guided reflective discussion questions on how this applies individually and as a workplace.

How much time will the Safer Happier system take me to complete each week?
The Safer Happier system is set up for the busy manager/leader/organisation who has little time to prepare meaningful and helpful content for team meetings – it’s easy! 😊
We estimate the time commitment to include:
- 2.3 minutes to forward Conversation Starter email onto your team (and if you’re really tech savvy, mere seconds 😊 ),
- 5-10 minutes per month to view the MeaningFUL Meeting video content (either at a workplace meeting or independently prior to a meeting),
- 10 minutes discussion/reflection time….
And less time spent trying to find and decide on what would be helpful content or education about culture for your team!
Can I share the Member login with my whole team?
Our legacy is to equip people with the skills and strategies to more effectively deal with our complex and ambiguous world and the challenges it presents. This will save lives.
As the library grows there will be more reason for the curious in your team to want to learn more and if you’d like to share the Member Login details with them (as long as they’re working in your team) we are happy for you to share the log in.
Can I print out the articles from the resource library?
Can I access the Safer Happier program on all of my devices?
How do I receive access to the online content?
When you have joined the Safer Happier system, you will receive an email which will contain a Member Login to give you access to the resources. If you don’t receive this email within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your funk folder, or contact our business manager.
Will there be an invoice and receipt issued?
Of course! Once you hit click and purchase the program, you will receive an invoice and receipt via email. Please ensure you provide the correct email address. 😊
